I would consider myself a romance/contemporary/erotic writer.įiona: How did you come up with the title? I was always a fan of Jane Greene and Alice Claytor – humorous but sexy. I suppose it’s a mixture of quite a few things. I also found a lot of myself in my leading lady, Carrington, which made writing easier.įiona: Do you have a specific writing style? I kept thinking to myself, “What would you want to read about, Nicole?” After I made the decision, Brooklyn Taylor pushed me and gave me the motivation to put myself out there. Instead of being critical, I decided to do something about it. I am an avid reader and I kept reading stories where I felt the outcome or dialogue could be different. One day I will embrace the title, just not today.įiona: What inspired you to write your first book? It’s crazy, but I feel as if I am simply writing fictitious diary entries…which everyone can read. I still wonder how I was invited to this group, but I am so thankful.įiona: When did you first consider yourself a writer? It was shear luck that I was invited to participate in my first anthology, Suits & Shades – Alpha Suits Anthology. It wasn’t until a fellow author of mine, Brooklyn Taylor, where I found the inspiration and courage to release it to the public. I self-published my first book in January of 2015, however I have been writing for some time. I’m very proud of this.įiona: When and why did you begin writing? I also just released my second submission in an anthology titled Once: A Collection of Sinfully Sexy and Twisted Tales which is currently ranked #2 as well. Book three is scheduled to release in late July.

I just released my second book in The Southern Gentleman Series, Intertwined Love, which is currently ranked #2 on Amazon for free books. We are exceptionally proud to say we have four nephews and three nieces. I have been married for 7 years now to my best friend and we have two fur babies. It’s a nice way of saying, Liberal Arts degree aka I couldn’t make up my mind. Well, I graduated from Radford University in 2003 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Media Studies and Art.
